First, the stances are not identical for every type of healer but most of them increase base heals and heal crits by between 5% and 10%. Defilers get a 15% base increase to wards and heals! Wards effectively increase the groups HP and then they have group heals too. Unless and until the Devs give other healing classes this same functionality, Defilers will always be the best healers.
