WebIt is impossible to do that due to being very CPU limited and even a 9900K does not have enough brute force to achieve it. DCS just need optimization. I run the game very well with a 7700K @ 4.8 ghz, 32 GB of ram @ 3200 and RTX 2080 but as soon as I get close to the ground stutter starts due to shadows I believe.
